Introduction

I am an accredited integrative psychotherapist with the MIACP, specializing in a holistic mental health approach. I work with individuals aged 18 and over, providing professional therapies for a wide range of psychological and emotional issues that often stem from stress and life events. Based in private practice in Dublin, I offer in-person sessions and will soon provide online consultations as well. My therapeutic methods include psychotherapy, EMDR, Emotional Freedom Tapping techniques, and Cognitive Behavioural Techniques. Additionally, I incorporate Reiki Healing, both in-person and through distant healing, to promote overall health and well-being. My practice is trauma-informed, ensuring sensitive and effective treatment for those affected by trauma.
